Human Dimension Leadership Consulting, LLC is a Kansas City, Missouri based leadership consulting and training company that provides high-impact leadership development support to business leaders and their organizations. HDLC specializes in the development and delivery of customized experiential leadership training that is based in history and not in theory alone! Our leadership development programs utilize “The Staff Ride” methodology with the added emphasis on leadership and strategy of the business world. During the last few years, business leaders and private organizations have discovered that the “Staff Ride” can be a powerful tool to view their own organization more clearly; reflect on their organization’s vision, values, and strategy; and find ways to foster organizational innovation and growth. Our experts taught or conducted leadership development seminars at dozens of universities both in the USA and Europe as well as at various prestigious military leadership institutions such as the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC), the U.S. Army Engineer School, the British Land Warfare Centre, and the German Führungsakademie der Bundeswehr. Each facilitator has an extensive background in military history, organizational design, corporate leadership and management, team building, and lessons learned programs. They will be able to truly translate the military leadership observed on the battlefield into relevant leadership concepts and practices which can be applied by today’s business leader.
